Houston is home to extraordinary wealth, talent, and opportunity — yet our infrastructure, public safety, and civic standards have not kept pace with our potential. For too long, the political system has operated without urgency, accountability, or vision. That ends now.
I have lived in Houston on and off since the 1970s. I am an alumnus of River Oaks Baptist, St. John’s, Houston Community College, and the University of Houston. I’ve watched this city evolve, and I’ve also lived in other major cities across the country. I have seen what works — and what doesn’t. Houston is my home, and I know it can lead the nation.
I am not a career politician. I am a businessperson, developer, and visionary. My goal is simple:
Houston will become the #1 city in America — the cleanest, safest, most modern, and most business-friendly city in the nation.
Vision

Public Safety & Law and Order
We will strengthen public safety while modernizing police training and standards. A safe city is the foundation of economic growth, family life, and civic pride.
Tax Reform & Accountability
Homeowners should not feel like they are renting property they already own. We will re-examine the property tax structure and demand accountability in city spending. Waste, inefficiency, and political favoritism will not be tolerated. Independent forensic audits will ensure taxpayer money is used responsibly.
Ending Homelessness with Solutions
Homelessness will be addressed through housing, rehabilitation, and structured community programs such as “Sanctuary” and “Eden” initiatives — restoring dignity while restoring public spaces.
Infrastructure, Beauty, and Modernization
Houston will be rebuilt with intention. Roads, drainage, and flood control will be fixed. We are going to build the tallest building in the United States right here in the City of Houston. The art world community will be fortified with the opening of new galleries and new exhibitions from all over the world. I will bring the film industry to make movies for great entertainment for people and families. Hollywood is crumbling. The new age of cinema is coming to Houston in the right way. We will also bring fashion and modeling to the city. Houston will be the #1 fashion and retain hub/manufacturer in the entire nation. We will bring leading architects and planners to improve lighting, design, and public spaces, transforming Houston into a visually inspiring city.
Economic Growth, Arts, and Culture
Houston will become a national center for business, arts, film, fashion, and design. We will attract creative industries, open new galleries and exhibitions, and position Houston as a global cultural destination.
We are not thinking small. We are thinking generationally.
Houston will no longer be a place people pass through. It will be a city people aspire to live in.
